Hospice of Laramie provides nursing services on an intermittent basis, physician services related to terminal diagnosis, medication related to terminal diagnosis, Certified Nursing Assistant care, medical equipment and supplies, social services and counseling, spiritual support, short-term inpatient and respite care, continuous care up to 24 hours during a crisis, trained volunteers, bereavement services, and physical/dietary/speech therapy.

At Cody Regional Health’s Cedar Mountain Center (CMC), we believe no one is incapable of overcoming addiction and chemical dependency. The VFW is a nonprofit veteran’s service organization comprised of eligible veterans and military service members from the active, Guard and Reserve forces. The VFW and its Auxiliary are dedicated to veteran’s service, legislative advocacy, and military and community service programs.

The Shoshoni Senior Center offers meals and services for senior citizens. Those age 60 and older can register, but all ages are welcome to join us as a guest for meals and activities. We offer activities, exercise equipment, a lending library, coffee, public-use computers, and other services. The Senior Center is a community gathering place and also offers visitor information.

Our continuum of care covers a wide variety of mental health services, from group therapy to psychosocial rehabilitation, which aims to help clients with serious and persistent mental illness find meaningful employment or community activities with a focus on independent living skills. This continuum allows us to customize our counseling and psychiatric services for each of our clients.

Cardiopulmonary and Neurology Services are provided at the Cheyenne VA. Consultations for this care are also available from CBOC's.

Offering Castle Rock Rehabilitation center and assisted living services to those in need of short-term rehabilitation or long-term placement.

We provide temporary non-emergent shelter, case management, and direct support services to help families with children under 18 experiencing homelessness work toward independent living goals. We also provide homelessness prevention services like vital document recovery, utility and rent relief, and case management. We also operate a diaper & hygiene pantry that may also provide cleaning products and the Wyoming Kids Closet which provides clothes to any youth.
