New Horizons Care Center is located at the foot of the Big Horn Mountains in Lovell, Wyoming. The facility has 85 beds for long-term care and features an Alzheimer's Unit, skilled beds, intermediate care and Assisted Living. The Care Center is affiliated with North Big Horn Hospital District. The Wyoming Home Services (WyHS) program is used to provide services to those qualified individuals who are at risk of premature institutionalization. These services are designed to keep people in the least restrictive environment for as long as possible. The SSVF program provides eligible veteran families with outreach, case management, assistance obtaining VA benefits, and other supportive services and financial assistance. Assistance can include:- Rent assistance- Rental deposits- Car repair - Connection to VA resources/benefits

The American Legion can assist veterans and service members with a 1 time only emergency financial assistance. This is only as funding permits. Offers Veterans, Active Duty Service Members and Reservists the opportunity to become members of The American Legion. Can assist veterans and service members locating local Veteran Service Officers and other persons able to assist with benefit questions and filing of forms and claims.

Providing employment services for Homeless Veterans to help them obtain gainful, long term and meaningful employment. The program networks with other service providers to ensure that a continuum of care is being met and that any gaps in service are being filled.

Outpatient mental health and substance use disorder treatment services. Services can include individual, family, couple or group therapies, psychiatric medication management, supported employment or case management.

Village Caregiving of Cheyenne provides the elderly with compassionate home care services that enable them to retain their independence and remain in the comfort of their own homes. Village Caregiving provides assistance with bathing, eating, meal preparation, toileting, grooming, and other activities of daily living support. Additionally, Village Caregiving can provide support by lending a hand with light housekeeping, errand running, and transportation for appointments.

To provide compassionate care in a comfortable, safe, home-like environment. Services include Rehabilitation, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Long Term Care, Restorative Care, Respite, Hospice, Social Services, Activities and a Beauty Shop.

The Department of Family Services promotes the safety, well-being and self-sufficiency of families through community partnerships. Local DFS offices can help qualifying families with supplemental nutrition assistance (SNAP), child support program, POWER program, child care expense assistance and other needed services.

Grocery Store

Services for those 60 years of age and older. Congregate meals provided for a suggested donation of $3.00. You may bring a guest under 60 for a fee of $5.00. Also provide home delivered meals, some activities, and information services. Reservations needed for meals the day before.

WCA provides Food Pantry, Christmas and Thanksgiving food baskets, an Adopt-a-Family program at Christmas and a retail store for discounted goods called the Community Closet. Also provides Rent and Utility assistance to income qualified individuals in southern Campbell county.
