Stillwater Hospice was organized by a group of local individuals/professionals who saw the need for exceptional end of life care that centered around patients and employees. Hospice care is covered by Medicare and delivered to patients in their place of residence by our experienced and compassionate team of; Registered nurses, home health aides, social workers and chaplains.
