PATH PROGRAM HOUSING ASSISTANCE | RECOVER WYOMING

PATH (Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness). In order to qualify for services, an individual must be diagnosed with a serious mental illness and be experiencing homelessness or be in imminent danger of becoming homeless.
