Community Action Partnership of Natrona County is a social service agency that works to coordinate human services in Natrona County. Administers the City and County annual funding allocations that are distributed to community agencies, as well as provide direct service through our Empowerment Opportunities for Success, 12th Street Clinic / Healthcare for the Homeless, and Life Steps Transitional Housing.
