501 (c)(3) promoting the reduction of poverty in Park & Hot Springs Counties in Wyoming. We coordinate services with Park County Court Supervised Treatment Program, Heritage Health Care Clinic, The Help Center and other local case managers and social workers to provide comprehensive intensive case management paired with financial assistance to move families and individuals out of poverty to self-sufficiency.
