CCSS is a non-profit organization providing senior programs and assistance for individuals 60 years of age and over. Funded by state and federal grants along with assistance from Crook County Commissioners, Towns of Sundance, Hulett, and Moorcroft. We offer a Nutrition Program, Senior Companion Assistance, Medical Alert, Respite Care, Personal Care, Homemaking Services, AARP Driver Safety Classes, Social Activities, Blood Pressure & Toenail Clinics, Transportation and more!

The American Legion can assist veterans and service members with a 1 time only emergency financial assistance. This is only as funding permits. Offers Veterans, Active Duty Service Members and Reservists the opportunity to become members of The American Legion. Can assist veterans and service members locating local Veteran Service Officers and other persons able to assist with benefit questions and filing of forms and claims.

Offering services to include Durable Medical Equipment, Enteral, HFCWO Therapy, Home INR Testing, Home Ventilator care, In-Home Disease Management, Invasive Home Ventilator Care, long term care, Nebulizer therapy, Oxygen Therapy, Pediatric Services, Sleep Apnea Therapy and Wound Care

Assists individuals who are struggling with the responsibilities of caring for an elderly friend or family member. Services include: Education-Respite -Information on community services

CWCC provides mental health services to clients including family and group counseling, psychiatric services, individual, family and marital therapy and evaluations/assessments.

Our areas of service include: Provide mercy transportation by air or ground Transport patents, relatives, and supplies Transport ministers to their mission field Assist in Disasters Witness at air shows, airports, and in our everyday lives Foster Christian fellowship at meetings, at or near airports Distribute tracts and Bibles free of charge Support youth interested in aviation through our scholarship program Support and aid to Veterans and Military Service Members.

The Family Medical Center (FMC) is Johnson County Healthcare Center’s outpatient medical clinic.

The Bread of Life Food Pantry is a faith based non-profit organization. It is an outreach mission of St. Luke’s Episcopal Church and assisted by the Christian community churches and other instrumental organizations within our community. We provide supplemental food to those in need.

The VFW is a nonprofit veteran’s service organization comprised of eligible veterans and military service members from the active, Guard and Reserve forces. The VFW and its Auxiliary are dedicated to veteran’s service, legislative advocacy, and military and community service programs.

At Elevate Mind and Health, we provide personalized medication management services to support your mental health journey. We offer comprehensive evaluations, medication prescribing and adjustments, and ongoing support tailored to your unique needs. For your convenience, appointments are available both in person and via telehealth.

We are a non-profit, community outreach, organization. Our outreach focus includes veterans, homeless, and youth in our community. We offer lunch every Thursday to the homeless and those with food insecurities.
