Mountain Plaza provides personal care in a residential setting for people who are unable to live independently and need assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating and medication management. Mountain Plaza has state-regulated supportive care and a 24/7 wellness staff.

YCAN provides referral-based financial assistance for individuals actively engaged in recovery in Park County. Partner agencies submit referrals to support housing, utilities, transportation, childcare, and other needs. Homecare includes helping individuals with things such as cooking, shopping, essential cleaning, and essential laundry. This program provides nutritious, well balanced meals for individuals 60 and over who are homebound and can benefit from a daily meal. We also provide meals to individuals with disabilities and work with the Medicaid Waiver program. A hot meal is delivered Monday through Friday by a group volunteer drivers and frozen meals are available for weekends and holidays upon request.

Both primary medical and mental health services are available at the Worland VA Clinic. Those Veterans in need of services not available at a particular community outpatient clinic, like the Worland clinic, are either referred to the Sheridan VA Medical Center, another VA facility within the region, or are scheduled locally within the local community. Hours of operation (excluding holidays) are Monday through Wednesday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm; Thursday 8am-2:30pm; Closed Fridays.
