For individuals struggling with their mental health or addiction, these services can have a huge impact on day-to-day life. Our continuum of care covers a wide variety of behavioral health services, from group therapy to psychosocial rehabilitation, which aims to help clients with serious and persistent mental illness find meaningful employment or community activities with a focus on independent living skills.

Urgent Care Center

Our services include Individual Counseling, Marital & Family Counseling, Group Counseling, Specialized Treatment, Psychiatric Services, Youth Transition Program, Residential Housing, Program, Education, Prevention Programs, and Emergency Services.

The SSVF program provides eligible veteran families with outreach, case management, assistance obtaining VA benefits, and other supportive services and financial assistance. Assistance can include:- Rent assistance- Rental deposits- Car repair - Connection to VA resources/benefits

The Department of Family Services promotes the safety, well-being and self-sufficiency of families through community partnerships. Local DFS offices can help qualifying families with supplemental nutrition assistance (SNAP), child support program, POWER program, child care expense assistance and other needed services.

Offering workshops for caregivers. The weekly workshops will start Monday September 11th with a light dinner at 5:30pm followed by the workshops and activities for loved ones at 6:30pm.

Devoted to Home provides trustworthy, kindhearted, home health care services in your loved one's home.

Home Health: Quality health care in the comfort of your own home. We can provide care after surgery, or when illness or health conditions require additional assistance. Therapy at Home: our physical, occupational, orthopedic, and speech therapists will help you increase your mobility through our wide range of rehabilitation services. Hospice: With Symbii Hospice, you can expect our dependable and compassionate staff will help your loved ones be as comfortable as possible when they need it most.

Personal Care helps with Bathing, Dressing, Showering, Toileting, Incontinence Care, Memory Care, Medication Reminders, Grooming, Meal Prep, Feeding, and Fluid Reminders. Respite services allow the primary caregiver some much needed time away to recoup and reset. We provide transportation to and from appointments, running errands, or any other needs you have.

Providing employment services for Homeless Veterans to help them obtain gainful, long term and meaningful employment. The program networks with other service providers to ensure that a continuum of care is being met and that any gaps in service are being filled.

Responsible for the employment and human services aspects of DWS.

Pharmacy provides Naloxone/Narcan over the counter

Veteran callers are connected to local Service Officers that can inform veterans & family members about state and federal benefits. Service Officers assist with forms, claims and coordination, the Medals for Veterans Program, and the Incarcerated Veterans Program. Outreach is conducted throughout the state and territories.

Grocery shopping, Dry cleaning, Prescription pick up and delivery, Mail: Post office, UPS, FedEx pickups and drop off's, Personal shopping, Bulk Shopping, Returns and exchanges, Holiday shopping, Gift wrapping, Library, Bakery, Deliver local packages, downsizing/organizing, move management

Pharmacy provides Naloxone/Narcan over the counter

Hospital

Walking bags are available to individuals experiencing homelessness or individuals that do not have the means of cooking or storing food. Perishable food boxes are available daily on a first come, first served basis. The perishable food boxes do not require any ID or income verification. Commodity food boxes are available to individuals with a valid photo ID and are available every 10 days. The monthly food box is available to individuals who have completed the eligibility verification process
