The Wind River Cares Diabetes Awareness Program offers three services for current diabetic clients. A participant is anyone who has been diagnosed with Diabetes Type 1 or Type 2 and applies for services through the Wind River Cares Diabetes Awareness Program (WRCDAP). Participants are eligible for assistance with eyeglasses, podiatry and dentistry.

Wind River Family and Community Health Center are comprised of three pharmacies in three different locations. These three locations provide convenience for many of our patient population. Our pharmacy team is caring, compassionate and easy to talk with.

The Laramie County Senior Activity Center is centrally located in downtown Cheyenne. We offer various programs to enhance and encourage healthy living habits and stimulate mental well-being; opportunities to improve physical strength, flexibility and balance. Exercise classes and physical programs are available. Lunch served 7 days a week and breakfast 5 days a week. The Center also has a lending library and a small gym. We offer a great variety of senior outings throughout the month.

The American Legion can assist veterans and service members with a 1 time only emergency financial assistance. This is only as funding permits. Offers Veterans, Active Duty Service Members and Reservists the opportunity to become members of The American Legion. Can assist veterans and service members locating local Veteran Service Officers and other persons able to assist with benefit questions and filing of forms and claims.

Provides case management, light housekeeping, linen change, laundry, respite care and CNA services. Services are based on income.

Health West in Evanston is a non-profit, federally funded community health center that offers medical and pharmacy services . We empower our patients by proactively providing quality, affordable, patient-centered healthcare.

Poverty fighting organization with emphasis on direct emergency services with a case-management, client-centered model. Services offered are not entitlement based, and subject to eligibility, funding available and suitability for sustainability.

We provide temporary non-emergent shelter, case management, and direct support services to help families with children under 18 experiencing homelessness work toward independent living goals. We also provide homelessness prevention services like vital document recovery, utility and rent relief, and case management. We also operate a diaper & hygiene pantry that may also provide cleaning products and the Wyoming Kids Closet which provides clothes to any youth.

Offering oxygen and mobility products

Pharmacy provides Naloxone/Narcan over the counter

We are staffed with family physicians, pediatricians, physician assistant, family nurse practitioners, psychologists, dentists, dietician, public health nurses and optometrists. Specialty clinics are also held at our facilities ranging from orthopedic, podiatry, nephrology, obstetrics, audiology, women's health and cardiopulmonary services.

A full range of family health care services for both adults and children are available at the Pine Bluffs Health Clinic. We offer same-day sick care, an in-house pharmacy, laboratory services, radiology services, and specialty clinics in skin care and cardiology.

The Department of Family Services promotes the safety, well-being and self-sufficiency of families through community partnerships. Local DFS offices can help qualifying families with supplemental nutrition assistance (SNAP), child support program, POWER program, child care expense assistance and other needed services.

Offering home healthcare.

Bell Park Tower is a 40 unit, three-story, HUD 202 PRAC subsidized complex in Torrington, Wyoming for individuals age 62 or older and their spouses who meet income requirements. The one-bedroom, unfurnished apartments are cozy and comfortable with complete kitchens. Each apartment has its own thermostat controlled furnace and air conditioner. The laundry room, on the first floor, is available to residence at no charge.
