The Life House is a residential treatment center that offers substance abuse treatment to men. Our Community Living Center (CLC) unit provides hospice, long term and acute rehab care. The Old Glory CLC is a long-term care unit for veterans who meet eligibility conditions. Eligibility is based on service connection/employability for long-term care and respite care. The ECU is located on the first floor of the main building, in the east end.

Cowboy Cares, Inc. will work closely with your family to establish a custom care plan based on your individual needs.

This program provides nutritious, well balanced meals for individuals 60 and over who are homebound and can benefit from a daily meal. We also provide meals to individuals with disabilities and work with the Medicaid Waiver program. A hot meal is delivered Monday through Friday by a group volunteer drivers and frozen meals are available for weekends and holidays upon request.
