The Lander Free Medical Clinic is a non-profit 501c3 charitable organization started by experienced Lander healthcare professionals who recognize the need for effective and innovative solutions to improve the health of our community. Joining more than 1,400 free and charitable clinics nationwide, the Lander Free Medical Clinic is serving adults in the Lander and Fremont County community who are uninsured and have nowhere else to go for care.

A program that assists with needs such as prescriptions, doctor visits, dental and eye care. Can also distribute funds to assist with any needs directly related to a medical crisis.

Qualifying seniors age 60 and over: Leisure & Recreation – Social activities include just hanging out, TV, socializing, puzzles, cards, and board games. Monthly Birthday celebration dinner is served on a Wednesday (In the middle of the month). Applications can be picked up inside.

Hot Springs Health Thermopolis Clinic is a provider-based rural health clinic owned and operated by Hot Springs County Memorial Hospital. Services are provided by 4 physicians and 3 advanced practitioners trained in Family Medicine. They provide comprehensive primary health care and OBGYN services to all ages from infant to geriatrics for Hot Springs County and the surrounding communities.

Rendezvous Pointe offers Meals and Nutrition. Other services include minor home modification, temporary respite, and assistance with emergency. Beyond the In-Home services, Rendezvous Pointe offers a lending closet for anyone in temporary need whether due to an accident, surgery or other infirmity. Among other items, the Closet includes walkers, canes, crutches, shower and bath benches, pill boxes, toilet seat risers, wheel chairs, electric wheelchairs, and wheelchair ramps.

We offer care services such as personal care, transfer assistance, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and transportation to appointments. The Afton VA Clinic team is proud to support the medical and mental health of area Veterans. While our clinic is small, we're able to provide extensive care options through the Sheridan VA Medical Center, other VA facilities, via national telehealth options or locally within the community. The Shoshoni Senior Center offers meals and services for senior citizens. Those age 60 and older can register, but all ages are welcome to join us as a guest for meals and activities. We offer transportation, activities, exercise equipment, a lending library, coffee, public-use computers, and other services. The Senior Center is a community gathering place and also offers visitor information.
