Offering Castle Rock Rehabilitation center and assisted living services to those in need of short-term rehabilitation or long-term placement.

Hospital

Both primary medical and mental health services are available at this VA clinic. Those Veterans in need of services not available at a particular VA clinic are either referred to the Sheridan VA Medical Center, another VA facility within the region, or are scheduled locally for fee basis care within the local community. For emergency care, all Sheridan VA clinics activate the local 911 system and veterans are taken to the local emergency medical facility.

Food Pantry for anyone in need.

CCSS is a non-profit organization providing senior programs and assistance for individuals 60 years of age and over. Funded by state and federal grants along with assistance from Crook County Commissioners, Towns of Sundance, Hulett, and Moorcroft. We offer a Nutrition Program, Senior Companion Assistance, Medical Alert, Respite Care, Personal Care, Homemaking Services, AARP Driver Safety Classes, Social Activities, Blood Pressure & Toenail Clinics, Transportation and more!

The Wyoming Food Coalition and our food security partners educate, discuss challenges, and share techniques to reduce food waste in your community.

Both primary medical and mental health services are available at the Evanston VA Clinic. Those Veterans in need of services not available at a particular community outpatient clinic, like the Evanston VA clinic, are either referred to the Sheridan VA Medical Center, another VA facility within the region, or are scheduled locally within the local community. Hours of operation (excluding holidays) are Monday through Wednesday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm; Thursday 8am-2:30pm; Closed Fridays.

The American Legion can assist veterans and service members with a 1 time only emergency financial assistance. This is only as funding permits. Offers Veterans, Active Duty Service Members and Reservists the opportunity to become members of The American Legion. Can assist veterans and service members locating local Veteran Service Officers and other persons able to assist with benefit questions and filing of forms and claims.

Offering workshops for caregivers. The weekly workshops will start Monday September 11th with a light dinner at 5:30pm followed by the workshops and activities for loved ones at 6:30pm.

Food Bank of Wyoming believes food is a must. No one in Wyoming should go hungry. We have programs and/or partner agencies in every county in Wyoming. Please reach out to find help near you. Banner Home Medical Equipment provides home medical equipment and services patients need in their homes. We provide Insurance qualifying of all orders we receive and communicate with each patient what their insurance covers on those services. The patient is our customer and we are dedicated to taking care of their needs.

Can provide up to 250.00 for help with Glasses or 275.00 for contacts and eye exams.
