The monthly rent is determined by a person’s ability to pay and is calculated according their total assets and monthly income. Residents with assets totaling above $10,000.00 pay full maintenance (rent), which, as of October 1, 2019, is $2,800.00 per month for single occupancy, with no financial disclosure required. Residents with less than $10,000.00 in assets complete a Financial Status form, disclosing all assets and total monthly income and pay a calculated fee based upon actual monthly income. Monthly disclosure is required to remain on the sliding fee.
