Groceries including bread, fruit, vegetables, dry and canned goods, meat, and misc. items. Haircuts for $5 donation. Prayer and support as needed.

Low-cost blood screenings, biometrics and flu shots (seasonal availability)

The Department of Family Services promotes the safety, well-being and self-sufficiency of families through community partnerships. Local DFS offices can help qualifying families with supplemental nutrition assistance (SNAP), child support program, POWER program, child care expense assistance and other needed services.

With VA telehealth, you can get care from your health providers without having to travel. Get checkups and treatment, talk about your care and more—from home or elsewhere.

Food Pantry

PAR provides programs and services that give a patient the tools they need to ease Parkinson related symptoms. Whether it be a zoom call with a case manager in the comfort of one's home, educational webinars or support groups, PAR's resources help ease the burden of the disease. Our Information and Referral Helpline can provide local resources and general information about Parkinson Disease and give recommendations for care.

The Cody Senior Center is open to anyone aged 60 or older. Membership is free! All you need to do to become a member is fill out a two-page questionnaire. That questionnaire must be updated annually.

CCSS is a non-profit organization providing senior programs and assistance for individuals 60 years of age and over. Funded by state and federal grants along with assistance from Crook County Commissioners, Towns of Sundance, Hulett, and Moorcroft. We offer a Nutrition Program, Senior Companion Assistance, Medical Alert, Respite Care, Personal Care, Homemaking Services, AARP Driver Safety Classes, Social Activities, Blood Pressure & Toenail Clinics, Transportation and more!

High Country Behavioral Health is a nonprofit organization committed to providing affordable access to mental health and addiction treatment services in Lincoln, Sublette, Uinta, Hot Springs and Carbon County Wyoming. Services include: Assessment and Evaluations; Individual, Couple and Family Counseling and Therapy; Mental Health and Addiction Treatment; Medication-assisted Therapy; Crisis and Intervention Services and Education Services.

Since 1986, our non-profit organization has been committed to providing rural communities in Wyoming and Idaho with affordable access to life-changing behavioral health services. Our team of licensed professionals are devoted to the application of therapeutic methods that enhance the lives and well-being of our clientele through counseling, case management, medication management and crisis services.

WCA provides Food Pantry, Christmas and Thanksgiving food baskets, an Adopt-a-Family program at Christmas and a retail store for discounted goods called the Community Closet. Also provides Rent and Utility assistance to income qualified individuals in southern Campbell county.

Kinship Connections of Wyoming is a free service to grandparents, relatives and other caregivers who are raising children that are not their own. It is our goal to minimize stressors through support and advocacy

Our services include Individual Counseling, Marital & Family Counseling, Group Counseling, Specialized Treatment, Psychiatric Services, Youth Transition Program, Residential Housing, Program, Education, Prevention Programs, and Emergency Services.

Our Community Living Center (CLC) unit provides hospice, long term and acute rehab care. The Old Glory CLC is a long-term care unit for veterans who meet eligibility conditions. Eligibility is based on service connection/employability for long-term care and respite care. The ECU is located on the first floor of the main building, in the east end.

The SSVF program provides eligible veteran families with outreach, case management, assistance obtaining VA benefits, and other supportive services and financial assistance. Assistance can include:- Rent assistance- Rental deposits- Car repair - Connection to VA resources/benefits

In-Home Personal and Homemaking Services ( Contract RN, does diabetic foot care in Wheatland. In- Home care includes CNA administered bathing, personal care, and respite. Homemaking services include light cleaning and errands). We offer Emergency Response Units. Services for Seniors offers a state-trained expert in Medicare assistance

Meal deliver service for people who have challenges preparing nutritious meals or those who are unable to grocery shop.
