Our services are provided with the provisions of the Older Americans Act. This means that we are here to serve ALL people who have reached their 60th year (and their spouses). CCSS is a non-profit organization providing senior programs and assistance for individuals 60 years of age and over. Funded by state and federal grants along with assistance from Crook County Commissioners, Towns of Sundance, Hulett, and Moorcroft. We offer a Nutrition Program, Senior Companion Assistance, Medical Alert, Respite Care, Personal Care, Homemaking Services, AARP Driver Safety Classes, Social Activities, Blood Pressure & Toenail Clinics, Transportation and more!

We provide Home Care services in Sheridan, Johnson, & Campbell Counties. We help people in our communities with daily living tasks (like cooking, housekeeping, showering, medication reminders, dressing, running errands, appointments, etc.) so everyone can live a longer, fuller life in their own home. We can also assist with home care following surgeries, provide respite care for family caregivers who need a break, or just provide an occasional drop-in service to ensure everything is going well.

In-Home Personal and Homemaking Services ( Contract RN, does diabetic foot care in Wheatland. In- Home care includes CNA administered bathing, personal care, and respite. Homemaking services include light cleaning and errands). We offer Emergency Response Units. Services for Seniors offers a state-trained expert in Medicare assistance

Travel assistance benefits are funds that are intended to assist Medicaid clients with transportation costs. These funds are only meant to assist clients to get to and from medically necessary appointments and are not intended to cover the full expense of the trip. When the client meets certain requirements, they may request assistance with mileage or another method of travel. The transportation method is based on the client’s medical needs and cost effectiveness.

Respite services allow the primary caregiver some much needed time away to recoup and reset. We provide transportation to and from appointments, running errands, or any other needs you have.

Senior Center Services Uinta Senior Center, Inc. (USCI) serves as a gateway for local aging populations — connecting older adults to vital services in one place, to help them stay healthy and independent. We serve over 214 Seniors per day in Evanston, Bridger Valley, Afton and Kemmerer. USCI offers a wide variety of programs and services.

Offering programs to include: Independent Living, Transportation Check Program, Veteran Directed Care Program, Community Choice Waiver Program, Advocacy & Peer Support, and ADA Training and Technical Assistance Program.

The Cody Senior Center is open to anyone aged 60 or older. Membership is free! All you need to do to become a member is fill out a two-page questionnaire. That questionnaire must be updated annually.
