Homestyle Direct cooks, packages and ships nutritionally balanced meals anywhere in the United States. The meals are flash frozen for freshness and delivered by FedEx. The meals are healthy and nutritious and many address diet restrictions such as low sodium, low fat, carbohydrate-controlled, low calorie and gluten free. Licensed as a Wyoming Medicaid provider and by the Wyoming Department of Agriculture. There is no cost to Wyoming Medicaid clients on the meal waiver program.

The care you receive at Rocky Mountain Oncology is enriched by our fabulous volunteers. The Wyoming Foundation for Cancer Care’s Angels Program partners with us to offer hope and assistance to cancer patients and their caregivers. This dedicated and compassionate group is made up of cancer survivors, family members and generous community volunteers.

The Shoshoni Senior Center offers meals and services for senior citizens. Those age 60 and older can register, but all ages are welcome to join us as a guest for meals and activities. We offer public transportation, activities, exercise equipment, a lending library, coffee, public-use computers, and other services. The Senior Center is a community gathering place and also offers visitor information.

The Weston County Senior Citizen Center is here to offer a variety of services and activities for the local seniors. Our hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday. Get your friends together and come to the Senior Center on Friday Mornings at 9:00 AM and have some coffee and the best cinnamon rolls in Weston County!

Home healthcare services available. Home Makers and CNA's to assist. Assist with coordination of services, various tasks (i.e. budgeting) determined upon intake. Person needs to have 2 medical conditions to qualify. (i.e. Uses walker and is on oxygen) Congregate meals served in Greybull site and Home delivered meals. Public transportation. Rendezvous Pointe offers Meals and Nutrition. Other services include minor home modification, temporary respite, and assistance with emergency. Beyond the In-Home services, Rendezvous Pointe offers a lending closet for anyone in temporary need whether due to an accident, surgery or other infirmity. Among other items, the Closet includes walkers, canes, crutches, shower and bath benches, pill boxes, toilet seat risers, wheel chairs, electric wheelchairs, and wheelchair ramps.

Ten Sleep Senior Center

This program provides nutritious, well balanced meals for individuals 60 and over who are homebound and can benefit from a daily meal. We also provide meals to individuals with disabilities and work with the Medicaid Waiver program. A hot meal is delivered Monday through Friday by a group volunteer drivers and frozen meals are available for weekends and holidays upon request.
