CWHT envisions a community in which the end-of-life journey is embraced as a natural progression of the human life cycle; where individuals at the end of their lives are treated with dignity, respect and compassion; and where expertise is the standard in the continuum of care.

The Department of Family Services promotes the safety, well-being and self-sufficiency of families through community partnerships. Local DFS offices can help qualifying families with supplemental nutrition assistance (SNAP), child support program, POWER program, child care expense assistance and other needed services.

Youth and family support to help with intensive care coordination school, counselors, DFS and probation for families with children who have a behavioral health condition, who need more support, or are risk of out of home placement.

Monthly meetings for anyone who is dealing with, supporting someone with or has an interest in Parkinson's Disease. There is also a weekly Power Punch Boxing class that is held weekly. This is a non-contact form of boxing, especially created for People with Parkinson's (PwP), and they are encouraged to bring along one CarePartner to the FREE classes. All equipment is also provided at no cost to the participants.

Services include two 24-hour crisis lines, emergency shelter for victims, emergency transportation for victims, support and advocacy, referrals, assistance filing Family Violence Protection Orders, Stalking Orders and Crime Victims Compensation Claim Forms, Civil Legal Advocacy, options and referrals, support groups and community education.
