Qualifying seniors age 60 and over: Leisure & Recreation – Social activities include just hanging out, TV, socializing, puzzles, cards, and board games. Monthly Birthday celebration dinner is served on a Wednesday (In the middle of the month). Applications can be picked up inside.

Services for those 60 years of age and older. Congregate meals provided for a suggested donation of $3.00. You may bring a guest under 60 for a fee of $5.00. Also provide home delivered meals, some activities, and information services. Reservations needed for meals the day before.

Low-cost blood screenings, biometrics and flu shots (seasonal availability)

Veteran callers are connected to local Service Officers that can inform veterans & family members about state and federal benefits. Service Officers assist with forms, claims and coordination, the Medals for Veterans Program, and the Incarcerated Veterans Program. Outreach is conducted throughout the state and territories.

Providing assistance to those faced with health care challenges such as Cancer Care, Hospice Giving, Hope Source and Patient Lodging. Providing assistance with financial help for those with cancer, someone needing mental health assistance or those in Hospice care. The Lander Free Medical Clinic is a non-profit 501c3 charitable organization started by experienced Lander healthcare professionals who recognize the need for effective and innovative solutions to improve the health of our community. Joining more than 1,400 free and charitable clinics nationwide, the Lander Free Medical Clinic is serving adults in the Lander and Fremont County community who are uninsured and have nowhere else to go for care.

Cody Regional Health Long Term Care Center (LTCC) is a skilled nursing facility fully licensed by the Wyoming Department of Health to provide skilled, intermediate, rehabilitation, custodial, respite and hospice care. Certified by Medicare and Medicaid.

The Laramie County Senior Activity Center is centrally located in downtown Cheyenne. We offer various programs to enhance and encourage healthy living habits and stimulate mental well-being; opportunities to improve physical strength, flexibility and balance. Exercise classes and physical programs are available. Lunch served 7 days a week and breakfast 5 days a week. The Center also has a lending library and a small gym. We offer a great variety of senior outings throughout the month.

We understand that primary care physicians are the preferred treatment source for health management. It can be difficult, however, to get into a primary care physician on a short-term basis for acute illness or injury.

COMEA House serves a hot dinner daily. We also provide sack lunches as resources allow.

The Department of Family Services’ work centers around three values: 1) Safe at home; 2) Giving families opportunities for success; and 3) Supporting the people who support the families. Families come in contact with the Department for many reasons, including but not limited to, child abuse and neglect services, adult protection services, juvenile justice services, assistance with food or child care, and child care licensing.

We work with persons of all age groups and all types of disabilities to live independently and overcome barriers. This includes but is not limited to: Modifications to your home, Rights and Benefits Counseling, Transportation, Case Management for In-home Care, Access to Recreation and ADA Consultation.

At SCHD, our clinics are equipped to provide all of the primary family care services found at most traditional doctor's offices. Whether you are a long-time Sublette County resident or just visiting the area, our board-certified physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants will be here to provide quality care for your entire family.

Offering programs to include: Independent Living, Transportation Check Program, Community Choice Waiver Program, Advocacy & Peer Support, and ADA Training and Technical Assistance Program.

The American Legion can assist veterans and service members with a 1 time only emergency financial assistance. This is only as funding permits. Offers Veterans, Active Duty Service Members and Reservists the opportunity to become members of The American Legion. Can assist veterans and service members locating local Veteran Service Officers and other persons able to assist with benefit questions and filing of forms and claims.

Unlike traditional mental health programs, our virtual model allows us to connect you with people coming from shared backgrounds, regardless of geography. Our program offers group, individual, and family therapy programming designed to meet you where you are, no matter who you are.

Pharmacy Home delivery is a mail out service that is free of charge.
