At Cody Regional Health’s Cedar Mountain Center (CMC), we believe no one is incapable of overcoming addiction and chemical dependency. My assistance goes beyond paperwork—it opens doors to essential health services, protects families from financial hardship, and contributes to public well-being. By guiding people through the Marketplace application and plan selection process, I enable them to take control of their health and finances. After enrollment, I assist individuals who need help with next steps, such as paying premiums, using their coverage, or renewing for the following year.

Both primary medical and mental health services are available at this VA clinic. Those Veterans in need of services not available at a particular VA clinic are either referred to the Sheridan VA Medical Center, another VA facility within the region, or are scheduled locally for fee basis care within the local community. For emergency care, all Sheridan VA clinics activate the local 911 system and veterans are taken to the local emergency medical facility.

The University of Wyoming Center on Aging values older adults and works every day to support these neighbors, friends, and family. Through a broad range of programs and resources, the team of professionals at WyCOA is working to optimize the health and wellbeing of Wyoming's older residents through innovative collaborations around chronic disease management, dementia support, and family/healthcare provider education.

Cheyenne VA Pharmacy

The mission of the Wind River Family and Community Health Care Center is to provide primary care, traditional healing, preventive care, and wellness promotion to all members of the community as intended by the Creator. Offering different programs to include Women's Health, School Based Program, Occupational Therapy, Pediatrics, Mobile Clinics, Population Health, Optometry, Nephrology and Laboratory and Radiology services.

Pharmacy

The American Legion can assist veterans and service members with a 1 time only emergency financial assistance. This is only as funding permits. Offers Veterans, Active Duty Service Members and Reservists the opportunity to become members of The American Legion. Can assist veterans and service members locating local Veteran Service Officers and other persons able to assist with benefit questions and filing of forms and claims.

Offering programs to include: Independent Living, Transportation Check Program, Community Choice Waiver Program, Advocacy & Peer Support, and ADA Training and Technical Assistance Program.

The Department of Family Services promotes the safety, well-being and self-sufficiency of families through community partnerships. Local DFS offices can help qualifying families with supplemental nutrition assistance (SNAP), child support program, POWER program, child care expense assistance and other needed services.

Residential Services for individuals who are fully funded by the Home and Community-Based Services Waiver.

General adult and geriatric medical care by physicians, physician assistants, nursing staff, and allied healthcare staff.
