Wind River Family and Community Health Center are comprised of three pharmacies in three different locations. These three locations provide convenience for many of our patient population. Our pharmacy team is caring, compassionate and easy to talk with.

The Modest Means Program (MMP) provides reduced-cost legal assistance to individuals whose annual income is too high to qualify for free legal services, but cannot afford the expertise of attorneys at the standard rate. We also provide homelessness prevention services like vital document recovery, utility and rent relief, and case management. We also operate a diaper & hygiene pantry that may also provide cleaning products and the Wyoming Kids Closet which provides clothes to any youth.

The Teton Free Clinic provides free primary medical care for the low income, uninsured & medically underserved people, of all walks of life, who live or work in the Jackson Hole area.

The Department of Family Services promotes the safety, well-being and self-sufficiency of families through community partnerships. Local DFS offices can help qualifying families with supplemental nutrition assistance (SNAP), child support program, POWER program, child care expense assistance and other needed services.
