Hours of operation (excluding holidays) are Monday through Wednesday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm; Thursday 8am-2:30pm; Closed Fridays.

Weston County Upton Clinic on Pine Street is a primary care, family medicine clinic that provides comprehensive care for the entire family through all phases of life, from childhood to senior years. Board certified physicians and advanced practice providers deliver individualized care for patients at this clinic. Upton Pharmacy is now located inside the clinic.
