Health West in Evanston is a non-profit, federally funded community health center that offers medical and pharmacy services. We empower our patients by proactively providing quality, affordable, patient-centered healthcare.

Family Medicine health clinic offering, gynecology, well baby and child exams, geriatric/adult care, chronic disease management, women's health exams, osteopathic manipulation, laboratory services, birth control, physical examinations, school and sports exams, behavioral health services, wound care, clinical social work/case management, medication review, education on chronic disease states (diabetes, high blood pressure, etc.) with clinical pharmacist.

One Health Providers recommend patients complete an annual wellness exam to stay up-to-date on their primary care. During Wellness visits, Providers discuss Preventive Care with patients. Recommended Preventive screenings, immunizations, and other interventions vary per patient based on age and gender. Patients should check with their insurance company to learn what services are covered in a Wellness Visit.

Trust and open communication are essential components of the doctor/patient relationship, making it important that you find an internist you feel comfortable working with. Cody Regional Health’s Internal Medicine Specialty Clinic is committed to serving your healthcare needs.

Both primary medical and mental health services are available at this VA clinic. Those Veterans in need of services not available at a particular VA clinic are either referred to the Sheridan VA Medical Center, another VA facility within the region, or are scheduled locally for fee basis care within the local community. For emergency care, all Sheridan VA clinics activate the local 911 system and veterans are taken to the local emergency medical facility.

Quick Care urgent care provides convenient, walk-in service with no appointment needed, Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. We treat non-life-threatening conditions with shorter wait times and less cost than a visit to the emergency room. Laboratory, x-ray, and pharmacy service are available on-site.

Providing complete family medicine, seeing all types of patients for all conditions including adults, seniors, children and women for any medical condition. CHCCW is also an authorized urgent care provider and by referral from the VA can provide behavioral health services.
