Lander Medical Clinic and Western Family Care together are a locally owned, multispecialty group practice. Our clinicians provide care in Behavioral Health, Family Medicine, Gynecology, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Dietetics, and Same-day Care in a caring and trusted environment. Other services include an onsite lab, infusion, ultrasound, echos & stress tests and mammography.

The mission of the Wind River Family and Community Health Care Center is to provide primary care, traditional healing, preventive care, and wellness promotion to all members of the community as intended by the Creator. Community Clinic and Urgent Care center

A federally qualified health center located in Laramie, Wyoming. Offers high-quality primary care and behavioral health care to the community. Accepts most insurances including Medicaid and Medicare. Offers a sliding fee scale based on household size and income and payment plans.

Rural Health District

With VA telehealth, you can get care from your health providers without having to travel. Get checkups and treatment, talk about your care and more—from home or elsewhere.

Both primary medical and mental health services are available at the Worland VA Clinic. Those Veterans in need of services not available at a particular community outpatient clinic, like the Worland clinic, are either referred to the Sheridan VA Medical Center, another VA facility within the region, or are scheduled locally within the local community. Hours of operation (excluding holidays) are Monday through Wednesday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm; Thursday 8am-2:30pm; Closed Fridays.

Youth and family support to help with intensive care coordination school, counselors, DFS and probation for families with children who have a behavioral health condition, who need more support, or are risk of out of home placement.

Quick Care urgent care provides convenient, walk-in service with no appointment needed, Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. We treat non-life-threatening conditions with shorter wait times and less cost than a visit to the emergency room. Laboratory, x-ray, and pharmacy service are available on-site.
