Since 1986, our non-profit organization has been committed to providing rural communities in Wyoming and Idaho with affordable access to life-changing behavioral health services. Our team of licensed professionals are devoted to the application of therapeutic methods that enhance the lives and well-being of our clientele through counseling, case management, medication management and crisis services.

The Afton VA Clinic team is proud to support the medical and mental health of area Veterans. While our clinic is small, we're able to provide extensive care options through the Sheridan VA Medical Center, other VA facilities, via national telehealth options or locally within the community. If you have questions, please check out our website or call during office hours.

Both primary medical and mental health services are available at the Worland VA Clinic. Those Veterans in need of services not available at a particular community outpatient clinic, like the Worland clinic, are either referred to the Sheridan VA Medical Center, another VA facility within the region, or are scheduled locally within the local community. Hours of operation (excluding holidays) are Monday through Wednesday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm; Thursday 8am-2:30pm; Closed Fridays.

Monument Health Gillette Clinic is a medical clinic that provides specialty care in General Surgery, Bariatrics, Orthopedics and Sports Medicine, and Dermatology in Gillette, Wyoming. Board certified physicians and advanced practice providers deliver individualized care for patients at this clinic.

Residency health clinic offering family medicine, pediatric care, obstetrical care, sports medicine, senior care, osteopathic medicine, womens health, endoscopy, behavioral health, X-ray,laboratory, ultrasound, inpatient care, nursing, home care, home health and prescription/pharmacy.

Lander Medical Clinic and Western Family Care together are a locally owned, multispecialty group practice. Our clinicians provide care in Behavioral Health, Family Medicine, Gynecology, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Dietetics, and Same-day Care in a caring and trusted environment. Other services include an onsite lab, infusion, ultrasound, echos & stress tests and mammography.

Community Clinic

Family practice is the medical specialty that provides continuing and comprehensive healthcare for the individual and family. The scope of family practice encompasses all ages, both sexes, each organ system, and every disease entity.

The Clinic provides high-quality integrated healthcare services for uninsured individuals experiencing poverty, at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Line (FPL). The Clinic delivers services to nearly 400 individuals and families each year who cannot afford or do not qualify for health insurance.

The Casper Regional Clinic is a multidisciplinary medical center proud to call itself the premier family practice in Casper, Wyoming. We are dedicated to seeing you and your family live your most fulfilling lives with the help of our specialist medical team.

The mission of the Wind River Family and Community Health Care Center is to provide primary care, traditional healing, preventive care, and wellness promotion to all members of the community as intended by the Creator. Offering different programs to include Women's Health, School Based Program, Occupational Therapy, Pediatrics, Mobile Clinics, Population Health, Optometry, Nephrology and Laboratory and Radiology services.

Rural Health Clinic

At SCHD, our clinics are equipped to provide all of the primary family care services found at most traditional doctor's offices. Whether you are a long-time Sublette County resident or just visiting the area, our board-certified physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants will be here to provide quality care for your entire family.

Casper Natrona County Public Health breaks down into 9 services or programs, which comprise what we actually do in and for the community:

Both primary medical and mental health services are available at this VA clinic. Those Veterans in need of services not available at a particular VA clinic are either referred to the Sheridan VA Medical Center, another VA facility within the region, or are scheduled locally for fee basis care within the local community. For emergency care, all Sheridan VA clinics activate the local 911 system and veterans are taken to the local emergency medical facility.
