Our whole health approach empowers and equips you to take charge of your health, well-being, and quality of life. Whole health goes beyond your illnesses, injuries, or disabilities, and focuses instead on your values, goals, and overall health. It includes self-care and complementary therapies along with conventional medical care.

Offers 24-hr, 7-day per week emergency room services, 4 acute-care beds, and 20 long term care beds. The facility includes a Rural Health Clinic staffed by physicians and a nurse practitioner.

The mission of the Wind River Family and Community Health Care Center is to provide primary care, traditional healing, preventive care, and wellness promotion to all members of the community as intended by the Creator. Offering different programs to include Women's Health, School Based Program, Occupational Therapy, Pediatrics, Mobile Clinics, Population Health, Optometry, Nephrology and Laboratory and Radiology services.

Services include Family Medicine, Osteopathic Manipulation, Pediatrics, and Women’s Health

Providing complete family medicine, seeing all types of patients for all conditions including adults, seniors, children and women for any medical condition. Onsite X-ray and lab work as well. Sliding fee scale for low income individuals. Dubois Clinic is an authorized Provider of urgent care walk-in services for Veterans.

Both primary medical and mental health services are available at this VA clinic. Those Veterans in need of services not available at a particular VA clinic are either referred to the Sheridan VA Medical Center, another VA facility within the region, or are scheduled locally for fee basis care within the local community. For emergency care, all Sheridan VA clinics activate the local 911 system and veterans are taken to the local emergency medical facility.

Both primary medical and mental health services are available at the Cody VA Clinic. Those Veterans in need of services not available at a particular community outpatient clinic, like the Cody clinic, are either referred to the Sheridan VA Medical Center, another VA facility within the region, or are scheduled locally within the local community. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, excluding holidays.

We are a private medical practice that specializes in Family Medicine, Weight Loss, IV Therapy, Ozone Therapy and other Regenerative Services. We believe in Medical Freedom of choice and operate as a facilitator of your health, not a dictator of it.

Hot Springs Health Thermopolis Clinic is a provider-based rural health clinic owned and operated by Hot Springs County Memorial Hospital. Services are provided by 4 physicians and 3 advanced practitioners trained in Family Medicine. They provide comprehensive primary health care and OBGYN services to all ages from infant to geriatrics for Hot Springs County and the surrounding communities.

Weston County Upton Clinic on Pine Street is a primary care, family medicine clinic that provides comprehensive care for the entire family through all phases of life, from childhood to senior years. Board certified physicians and advanced practice providers deliver individualized care for patients at this clinic. Upton Pharmacy is now located inside the clinic.

The Gillette VA Clinic team is proud to support the medical and mental health care of area Veterans. Besides services in the clinic, additional care options are available at the Sheridan VA Medical Center, other VA facilities, and through extensive telehealth options. Veterans may also be eligible for care in the local community.
