Both primary medical and mental health services are available at the Worland VA Clinic. Those Veterans in need of services not available at a particular community outpatient clinic, like the Worland clinic, are either referred to the Sheridan VA Medical Center, another VA facility within the region, or are scheduled locally within the local community. Hours of operation (excluding holidays) are Monday through Wednesday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm; Thursday 8am-2:30pm; Closed Fridays.

At Ag Worker Health & Services, we provide primary and preventative health care specifically for agricultural workers and their families. Our mobile clinics also allow us to extend our reach and provide on-site care to farms and ranches in the region that may not have access to a satellite clinic. Lander Medical Clinic and Western Family Care together are a locally owned, multispecialty group practice. Our clinicians provide care in Behavioral Health, Family Medicine, Gynecology, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Dietetics, and Same-day Care in a caring and trusted environment. Other services include an onsite lab, infusion, ultrasound, echos & stress tests and mammography.

Community clinic that focuses on reproductive health of men and women in the community. Services can include annual exams, pregnancy testing, STD testing, contraceptives hypertension and anemia screening. All services are confidential.

For emergency care, all Sheridan VA clinics activate the local 911 system and veterans are taken to the local emergency medical facility.
