The care you receive at Rocky Mountain Oncology is enriched by our fabulous volunteers. The Wyoming Foundation for Cancer Care’s Angels Program partners with us to offer hope and assistance to cancer patients and their caregivers. This dedicated and compassionate group is made up of cancer survivors, family members and generous community volunteers.

We are a Senior Citizen Center that that promotes socialization for Senior Citizens 60 years of age and older in Marbleton, Big Piney and surrounding areas.

This includes but is not limited to: Modifications to your home, Rights and Benefits Counseling, Transporation, Case Management for In-home Care, Access to Recreation and ADA Consultation.

At One22 Resource Center we know that the high cost of living makes meeting one’s basic needs difficult, or even impossible, during times of hardship. Our Financial Assistance programs can help with the costs of housing (rent and first/last/deposit assistance) and child care to build a buffer of time and support for planning and decision making.

The Shoshoni Senior Center offers meals and services for senior citizens. Those age 60 and older can register, but all ages are welcome to join us as a guest for meals and activities. We offer public transportation, activities, exercise equipment, a lending library, coffee, public-use computers, and other services. The Senior Center is a community gathering place and also offers visitor information.

Provides local transportation to seniors and general public Monday -Friday 8:15 AM to 3:45 PM,. Congregate noon meals served at Powell Senior Center Monday - Friday and at Rocky Mountain Manor Monday - Saturday. Meals delivered to home bound individuals, Monday - Saturday. Medical Loan equipment. Medicare/Social Security sign up and navigation. Crafts, cards, foot clinic, exercise classes, fraud education, etc.

The Weston County Senior Citizen Center is here to offer a variety of services and activities for the local seniors. Our hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday. Get your friends together and come to the Senior Center on Friday Mornings at 9:00 AM and have some coffee and the best cinnamon rolls in Weston County!

DAV is a nonprofit charity that provides a lifetime of support for veterans of all generations and their families. DAV is also a leader in connecting veterans to employment, hosting job fairs and providing resources.

Person needs to have 2 medical conditions to qualify. (i.e. Uses walker and is on oxygen) Congregate meals served in Greybull site and Home delivered meals. Public transportation. CCSS is a non-profit organization providing senior programs and assistance for individuals 60 years of age and over. Funded by state and federal grants along with assistance from Crook County Commissioners, Towns of Sundance, Hulett, and Moorcroft. We offer a Nutrition Program, Senior Companion Assistance, Medical Alert, Respite Care, Personal Care, Homemaking Services, AARP Driver Safety Classes, Social Activities, Blood Pressure & Toenail Clinics, Transportation and more!

DSI is a community program for individuals with developmental disabilities and acquired brain injury. DSI provides case management, day habilitation, organizational employment, community employment, and residential services.

Medicare and medicaid certified. We offer Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy, Medical Social Worker, Home Health Aide and Pediatric Care Services 24/7 On-Call Service, Licensed Nursing Care, Aide Services, Comfort Care, Spiritual Care, Physician Care, Bereavement Support, Volunteer Visits, Dietitian Intervention, Medical Equipment Supplies, Social Work Intervention, Medication and Pain Management, End of Life Planning
