Person needs to have 2 medical conditions to qualify. (i.e. Uses walker and is on oxygen) Congregate meals served in Greybull site and Home delivered meals. Public transportation. Client advocate services for Medicare and associated help.

Rendezvous Pointe offers Meals and Nutrition. Other services include minor home modification, temporary respite, and assistance with emergency. Beyond the In-Home services, Rendezvous Pointe offers a lending closet for anyone in temporary need whether due to an accident, surgery or other infirmity. Among other items, the Closet includes walkers, canes, crutches, shower and bath benches, pill boxes, toilet seat risers, wheel chairs, electric wheelchairs, and wheelchair ramps.

Uinta Senior Center, connecting older adults to vital services in one place, to help them stay healthy and independent. We serve over 214 Seniors per day in Evanston, Bridger Valley, Afton and Kemmerer. USCI offers a wide variety of programs and services.

Meals delivered Monday through Friday to seniors 60 years of age or older who are permanently or temporarily home bound. Frozen meals delivered for weekend nutrition.

Services for those 60 years of age and older. Congregate meals provided for a suggested donation of $3.00. You may bring a guest under 60 for a fee of $5.00. Also provide home delivered meals, some activities, and information services. Reservations needed for meals the day before.

Qualifying seniors age 60 and over: Leisure & Recreation – Social activities include just hanging out, TV, socializing, puzzles, cards, and board games. Monthly Birthday celebration dinner is served on a Wednesday (In the middle of the month). Applications can be picked up inside.

Our services are provided with the provisions of the Older Americans Act. This means that we are here to serve ALL people who have reached their 60th year (and their spouses). We do not discriminate based on national origin, race, religion, sex, weight, height, hair color, physical or mental limitations, or income.

Join us weekdays for a tasty, balanced breakfast from 8:30 am to 10:00 am or lunch from noon till 1:00pm. The Senior Center also hosts Friday Feasts, Birthday Lunches, and special dinner events.

We offer a variety of daily activities including games, arts, crafts, exercise and more, as well as weekly programs and monthly special events. Nutritious meals offered to senior citizens at the center, Monday through Friday. Also offers home delivered meals to those who qualify. Please call for more information. The Cody Senior Center is open to anyone aged 60 or older. Membership is free! All you need to do to become a member is fill out a two-page questionnaire. That questionnaire must be updated annually.

Socialization We offer a wide variety of activities, Nutrition programs CCAS, INC has dining rooms in both locations. Our professionally trained, friendly staff prepare quality approved meals. Homestyle Direct cooks, packages and ships nutritionally balanced meals anywhere in the United States. The meals are flash frozen for freshness and delivered by FedEx. The meals are healthy and nutritious and many address diet restrictions such as low sodium, low fat, carbohydrate-controlled, low calorie and gluten free. Licensed as a Wyoming Medicaid provider and by the Wyoming Department of Agriculture. There is no cost to Wyoming Medicaid clients on the meal waiver program.
