Fee
There is no cost to the youth or family for participating in Wyoming’s High Fidelity Wraparound (HFWA) program. The program is fully funded through Medicaid and state resources, ensuring that services are provided at no charge to the youth or family.
Eligibility
Wyoming’s High Fidelity Wraparound program is for youth ages 4-20 with serious emotional disturbance (SED), who are Medicaid eligible. Youth may enroll if they meet SED criteria and are at risk of being sent out of the community for care.

Magellan Healthcare is serving as the care management entity for youth who have complex behavioral health conditions. Through our collaboration with the Wyoming Department of Health, Division of Healthcare Financing (Medicaid), we coordinate care and service delivery through the High Fidelity Wraparound model to support the success of children, youth, and their families in their homes, school and communities.
