Whispering Chase welcomes seniors ages 55+ as well as adults who may no longer feel comfortable living alone but still wish to maintain an independent lifestyle.

There is a one-time community fee required at move-in. The total cost varies depending on the apartment or home selected, as pricing is based on the floor plan, and location. Our team will review all fees and monthly costs in detail during the tour and assessment process. However, we proudly offer discounts for Veterans and work closely with the VA to assist eligible residents with available housing benefits and resources
