Long term care insurance only Base Rate 50/hr (2 hrs or longer) Shared Care $20 Hospice Suppport $5/hr (added to base rate) Shared Care $5/hr RN Visits (for Clients) $75/hr Shared Care $75/hr Special circumstances: Short Shifts (shifts under 2 hrs): $50/hr (Not eligible for Shared Care discount) Couple Care (care for couples living together): Add $10/hr to Base Rate Weekend Care (Friday 5p - Mon 8a): Add $3/hr to Base Rate Custom Care Design Fee (one time start-up fee) 1-40 hrs/week: $250 41-168 hrs/week: $500

Working with a team of caregivers to offer various services and levels of care to customize individual needs, including chronic illness support, hospice support, and dementia support.
